Starting on Monday, July 13, residents and contractors will be able to apply for permits online using our new Regional E-permit Application Portal, shared by the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg, Town of Bridgewater, Town of Lunenburg, and Region of Queens.

Attention Town of Lunenburg Water Utility Customers:
The Nova Scotia Regulatory and Appeals Board has approved changes to the Town’s Water Utility Rate Schedule effective July 1, 2026.
An updated rate schedule can be viewed at https://www.townoflunenburg.ca/accounts-and-infrastructure-water-utility.html
The Flat Residential Rates will now be $184.85 per quarter, an increase of $14.46.
