Seniors Fitness

Staying active is an important part of our daily life and we have fun while doing so! Join our wonderful instructor, Madeline Oxner, who leads class with emphasis on improving muscle tone, flexibility and strength in an atmosphere of fun and friendship. Classes are designed primarily for seniors and those who prefer to exercise with ease. Exercise to your own ability while doing what you can at a low to moderate intensity - held in the auditorium.

• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30am-10:15am
• Spring, Fall and Winter sessions available

Pickleball

Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played on three courts in the auditorium.

• Sundays from 2:00-4:00pm
  
• Mondays from 11:00am-1:30pm
• Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00pm
• Fridays from 1:30-4:00pm

Cost: $4.00/drop-in

Women's Pickleball

Designed for women who are interested in playing for recreational fun!

• Tuesdays from 12:30- 2:30pm
• Wednesdays from 1:00-3:00pm
• Fridays from 10:45am-1:00pm

Cost: $4.00/drop-in

Pickleball - 70+

• Wednesdays from 10:45am-12:45pm

Cost: $4.00/drop-in

Badminton

Every Wednesday evening is for drop-in badminton! This is open to everyone 16 years and older. All skill levels welcome.

Open Gym

The auditorium is open to anyone for basketball, pickleball, ping pong, rock climbing wall, etc. This is an unsupervised activity.

Walkin’ in the Mornin’

Get your day off to a great start with an indoor walk. Walk at your own pace, socialize with friends, and experience the benefits of a regular walking program. This is an unsupervised activity.

Weight Room

There are tremendous benefits to weight room training to improve health, build strength and enhance quality of life. The room is open weekdays from 8:00 am until the building closes, or you can pay a key deposit of $40 which permits access any day of the week from 6:00 am - 11:00 pm. Ages 13+.

Membership Workout Reservations

• Pre-booking your access to the weight room is required - exercise in confidence and feel safe doing so! Bookings may occur in a maximum of 2-hour timeslots per day.
• Only arrive at your scheduled time and leave when your booking is finished, allowing time for clean-up of your equipment. Thank you.
