It is recommended that residents in the affected area turn off hot water systems as this outage continues. Once the water service is returned, we suggest running a cold water faucet into your bathtub or sink in case of any air discoloration until it runs normally.

 

 

Due to a water valve repair, Public Works needs to turn the water off on Broad Street between Falkland Street and McKenzie St to complete the repairs. Our crew is working on resolving the leak and having the service reinstated as soon as possible, but the repair may still take a few hours. The Public Works crew did go door to door to notify the affected customers.
