Nova Scotia 55+ Games 2025

The Nova Scotia 55+ Games will be held September 20-24, 2025.

The games celebrate active living, competition, and community, bringing together athletes aged 55 and older from across the province.

Hosted throughout Lunenburg County, including Bridgewater, Chester, and surrounding communities, the Games will feature various sports and activities designed to challenge, inspire, and engage participants of all skill levels.
