Town of Lunenburg Supports New Daycare Facility

The Town of Lunenburg is excited to announce its strong support for the Lunenburg Day Care Centre's application for provincial funding to build a new facility. This project aims to meet the growing need for quality childcare in our community and create a versatile space that will benefit everyone.

One way the Town is supporting this project is by assisting the Lunenburg Day Care Centre in finding a new location, including the potential provision of Town-owned land. The Town is exploring the possibility of a new mixed-use daycare and recreation building at the recreation complex.

This will appear on a future Council agenda. For more information, see the news release:  pdf Town of Lunenburg Supports New Daycare Facility(131 KB)
