The Town of Lunenburg will hold a Public Hearing near the start of the June 24, 2025 Regular Meeting of Council, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in Town Hall. Please use the accessible back entrance at 120 Townsend Street.
This public hearing is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts on the rezoning of 280 Montague Street from Marine Industrial to Medium Density Residential use. The property is currently zoned for marine-related industrial uses but has been used as a residence. The rezoning would formally allow residential use, consistent with neighbouring properties.
